Pawz Rescue?
Set up in April 2024, Katkinz Happy Pawz Rescue is dedicated to the safe and humane Rescue, Rehabilitation and Rehoming of stray, abandoned and unwanted cats in Gloucestershire.
We believe that all cats deserve the best chance at a life in a suitable home or environment suited to their individual needs.
We are run solely by a dedicated team of volunteers and continuously hold events to fund the operation of Katkinz. We are a registered Charity as of August 2024. We rely on our fantastic facebook and website members who donate to the rescue to keep us operating and feed the fur babies in our care.

Hi I'm Jane and my passion in life is cats! I started rescue in 2012 as a volunteer with Cats Protection and set up Katkinz in 2019. I currently have 12 cats, 6 of which are the meet and greet crew for visitors. I love Disney's Tinkerbell my favourite place in the world is Florida.

I am Emily my family call me Titch and I volunteer at Katkinz. I have 6 cats two adopted from Katkinz. I work as a Divisional Manager within recruitment and I love to travel.

Hi I'm Ann, I've been volunteering at Katkinz for 2 years now. Have 4 house cats, 2 from Katkinz. I too love a spa day and Greek food.

I am Angela, my son adopted a cat from Katkinz and I haven’t looked back since. I do a lot behind the scenes helping Jane with vet runs, planning and preparing for events, I thought retirement was going to be a time to relax but there’s never a dull moment with my Katkinz family and kitties.

Hi I'm Caroline and I love volunteering for Katkinz. I live in Leonard Stanley and have a cat of my own called Norman plus 2 guinea pigs and 3 chickens. I work as a gardener and love to sing in various choirs and go out on my bike with friends.
